After years of working in retail at the likes of Neiman Marcus and Barneys New York, I began to take an interest in mosaic art as a way to bring fashion into the home. While I loved putting together fun and stylish outfits for my clients, I felt the growing urge to express myself more creatively and mosaic art proved to be the perfect outlet.

After experimenting on my own and taking local classes, I came across an amazing opportunity to study with mosaic masters in an intensive workshop at Orsoni in Venice, Italy. This experience was truly life changing and inspired me to start my own home decor company with a focus on quality craftsmanship.

Mosaic art is a timeless trend. I refine and update this traditional art form into something modern. The combination of design, color palate, and materials that I use make the pieces sophisticated and allow you to express your individuality and create a unique space in your home.

Inspiration

I am inspired by the beauty of nature, the texture and feel of fine fabrics, and the reflection of light on everyday objects.

I enjoy incorporating the feelings these bring me, into my mosaic art pieces. I love the feeling of glamour, and love to share that feeling with others!

 

Studio

All of my mosaics are created in my studio in Somerville, MA.

My creative space is surrounded by a perimeter of shelves holding many jars filled with vibrant colors of glass. On my workbench there always sits a new project being created!

I have a huge window that brings all the colors to life as I create.

Beside my workbench is a workstation for glass cutting, an area for grouting the glass tiles, and many display shelves. My studio is a very creative and stimulating space. Light and color dancing everywhere!

 

Live In Mosaics at SoWa Open Market! It is the hip and happening place to be on Sundays! The craft market is located outdoors in the vibrant SoWa district in Boston's South End.
